Createst personal service you could imagine

Posted 22-May-2016
Pros: The service is wonderful
Cons: The breakfast needs an improvement.
Location: Right next to Time Square
Location is great (depends what you are looking for) but the main thing is the personal service from the concierge . Its like checking into a family run bed and breakfast. They were so nice.... Breakfast was very disappointing though, but they offer a lounge experience with free wine and snack in the afternoon. No great stuff but its there...

Nice hotel near Times Square

Posted 20-May-2016
Pros: Location, quiet, happy hour, breakfast
Cons: The shower drain would clog up immediately leaving you in water up to your ankles.
Location: Very close to everything in the Times Square area and all subways.
I stayed here for one Saturday night with my girlfriend. When I booked the hotel, I called and requested a high floor with a nice view. However, upon check in we were given a room on the 4th floor with an amazing view of an office building windows and fire escape. I can only imagine what those people see during the work week. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel was because of the reviews about the amazing views. We were told the hotel was sold out that night and could not get a room on a high floor like I requested. Despite that, I wish we could have stayed longer. The room itself was beautiful. It was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet considering it's close proximity to the noise of Times Square. The bathroom was very nice as well and quite large with a tub and shower. As with other reviews I wasn't crazy about the curtain for the shower but that wasn't the big issue. I was extremely unhappy with the shower itself as the drain would take forever to empty water which left us showering with our feet submerged under water. We found that very disgusting but there was nothing to be done since the hotel was sold out. Despite those mishaps, we very much enjoyed the happy hour. You have your choice of beer or wine and there's a delicious spread of cheese, crackers, fruit, and fresh prosciutto. Breakfast is also there with bagels, croissants, etc. Small tip: the lounge has limited seating so I would find seats first before getting anything.

Small comfortable feel

Posted 18-May-2016
Pros: Its quiet comfort
Cons: It'd be tough to move it another block away from Times Square. Breakfast could include something hot.
Location: Times Square... what can one say?
Great hotel connected to The Millennium but had a wonderful small intimate feel that allowed us to escape the teeming mass of humanity associated with being close to Times Square.

Nice hotel conveniently located near Times Square

Posted 17-May-2016
Pros: its location, free breakfast and happy hour, small safes in the room
Cons: Sometimes hard to find a seat during breakfast
Location: Located near Times Square and many Broadway shows. Easy to get to subway stations.
It was a smaller hotel with great access to our many adventures in New York City. We saw three Broadway shows and a Yankees game, walking easily to the shows and restaurants, and just blocks to the subway that took us to the stadium. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, offering directions and other information as asked. The rooms were clean, quiet and good sized. We took advantage of the free breakfast and happy hour options and enjoyed meeting other guests, many international, which gave the hotel a cosmopolitan atmosphere. We would recommend the hotel to others and did mention it to one of our neighbors who frequently visits NYC.

Nice hotel in the heart of Manhattan

Posted 16-May-2016
Pros: Liked the staff, the location, and the amenities.
Cons: Wish I had a fridge to keep leftovers and have cold drinks.
Location: Perfect location. Less than 10 minutes from Rockefeller Plaza, Times Square, Central Park (part of it) and 5th Avenue (shopping.)
My experience at the Premier in NYC was exactly what I was looking for in a hotel. It was close to Times Square without being overtaken by tourists, it was a quick 10 minute walk to Rockefeller Plaza, and in a great location to bars and restaurants. It had nice amenities, a great view, complimentary happy hour and breakfast every day, and the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Only thing I can complain about is not having a fridge in the room. It says each room has one, though mine didn't.

Great Boutique Hotel, Brilliant Location

Posted 14-May-2016
My wife and I spent 5 nights at the Premier in early May 2016, our first time in New York. The room was great, staff friendly and location could not have been better, less than a minute's walk from Times Square. We simply wouldn't bother looking for anywhere else to stay the next time we are in the Big Apple.
