The hotel was nice and perfect location. Just around the corner from Time Square and Duffy Square. Can walk to Macy's and the Empire State building, 5th and Madison Avenue, the garment district, the library, Rockefeller, and we even walked to Central park. Could see the New Years ball from our room. Continental breakfast had lots of pastries and bakery items to chose from but it is a continental breakfast not a full meal. The afternoon reception was very nice but only light nibbles. Don't expect to be able to make a meal out of it. The following details did not bother me but based on other reviews, adding so that the hotel can take a look at the condition of the place and for other travelers who may have different expectation for a place to stay. Could use a serious deep cleaning. There was a layer of dust on the baseboard edge in the bathroom window ledges and other area. Cabinets are worn, cabinet doors don't stay closed and the bottom of the cabinet was broken and just leaning in there. Closet door wouldn't stay closed. drawers were dirty inside so wiped them out before putting our clothes in. Take advantage of the Millinium Hotel next door, the two hotels work together and everyone there was very helpful and willing even though we were at the other location. The Premiere has minimum staff. Take advantage of the luggage hold either before check in or after checkout if you don't have to leave immediately. It is a locked room if you ask for it. Would stay again.
