This property was great! Everyone is so kind and courteous. It’s a great location if you’re looking to stay in Times Square then this is def a must.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the enclosed rooftop patio and their food was quite tasty. I would recommend our room update their bed as it was in need of replacement.

The staff were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The breakfast included was convenient and delicious. I really enjoyed the ambiance and feel of the place. And of course, you can’t beat the location.

Perfect location for broadway shows, Time Square, restaurants. Everything is within walking distance! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning. Downside, there is a lot of noise on the street side.

Cute boutique hotel. Small room but it is well designed and comfortable. Can't see the light of day out the windows, however, bc they are so close to other buildings. However,, the staff is very friendly and the location is fabulous so I will likely be back.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, nice staff and great location. Rooms are not big but designed well.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this nice boutique hotel. Our room was very nice, quiet with a very comfortable bed. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant " The Haven" and it was very good with a beautiful view. We look forward to returning again.

The stay overall was nice but the rooms are literally love shacks if you go with someone you’re not fond of you will feel trapped in your room. The photos are really deceiving the room is extremely small like you have to walk to the side just to get around the room. But outside of the room being extremely small the staff is great and the location.

Really nice boutique hotel, we will stay again! Did have issues connecting to wifi for work purposes so that was a little annoying. Very clean, amazing price due to off season.

I will not comeback and it’s NOT 4.5 stars Hotel
I didn’t get the room in the photos for sure, I got less than 7 fit room, OLD, electrical bad, the breakfast was so poor OMG. That’s like throwing money to the garbage! I blame hotels.com also they gave it 4.5 stars that 2.5 starts at max!!

I was very disappointed with the hotel. I choose a Superior king-size room. The room was small with the sink and shower in the room. No view, noisy, lacking of services. The breakfast room had no seating both days.

Checked in at 515pm and no room ready so I waited. Credit card processing machine kept rejecting my corporate card. I asked them just type in the numbers, I think it’s your machine. That worked. Room on 3rd floor. Loud to street. 4am truck horns for 15mins trying to get by something blocking them on street. Good times.

A small boutique hotel very good location for Times Square, Rockafella and Radio City. Near to the subway. Staff very friendly and helpful. Managed to get a table in the Haven rooftop bar. Rooms were good, hot shower and toiletries. Continental breakfast was plentiful. Would certainly stay again when in NYC again
