Comfortable hotel, great location, nice staff.

Posted 08-Feb-2016
Pros: Small, clean, comfortable rooms, great location, w/ nice extras including frig & safe. Large, nicely done bathrooms. Pool and sauna A+.
Cons: Absolutely need to upgrade lighting in the rooms & in the hallways as it is dark. Lose the throw pillows on the bed - yuck. TV info would help.
Location: GREAT! Near times square, etc...
Very nice place! Well done. Need to add morning coffee for those not paying for breakfast and a shelf for cosmetics in bathroom. A few small changes would take this to 4.5!

Sweet little hotel in the middle of midtown madnes

Posted 04-Feb-2016
Such a ute hotel! Very well appointed. The swimming pool was a pleasant surprise. Love the rooms which are large for Manhattan. Pretty design. Very homey. The. best part was walking through the doors and having the noise and madness of midtown melt away. No room service which was the only downside.

Ottimo hotel a 2 minuti da Times Square

Posted 23-Jan-2016

Location: Situated in close proximity to the Times Square area.
Stayed at the Room Mate Grace for a quick two day trip to New York City. Upon arrival, we were instantly greeted by the friendly staff who were more than helpful in providing restaurant, sight seeing and overall fun activities for our stay. We booked a standard room with a queen, but we were upgraded to a king while checking in. The room was clean and very big for New York City standards. Upgraded fixtures/lightning throughout as well as a very comfortable bed and bedding. The only issue I could foresee for some would be the lack of a view, however this wasn't an issue for us. The hotel is around a 1-2 minute walk to Times Square so getting around that part of the city was never an issue!

The hotel was really nice and the room was surprisingly spacious. Hotel staff took a long time to check us in but overall I have no complaints.

ABSOLUTELY Wonderful!

Posted 16-Jan-2016
I stayed at RMG in December of 2014. I came back to see the renovations and reexperience my previous experience. I was not disappointed. The front desk staff not only remembered me but even inquired about my friend from my last visit. Louis the Doorman and Lusida were amazing and wonderful to see again. I was fortunate to meet Fernando the Asst. GM and ALL made me feel like I was family returning for a visit home with encouragement to return again. I feel I have truly been welcomed into a family that I long to see again every time I have to leave.

Great local

Posted 16-Jan-2016
Pros: Unbeatable locale
Cons: Update coffee machines, make sure remotes work, little things.
Location: Right near Times Square and on a safe side street.
Great location and the staff was great. Only thing you may wanna pick apart is that for the smaller room, the beds only have one side so kind of annoying for the person who sleeps on the inside. Tv remote didn't really ever work, and instant coffee,

Nice hotel in Times Square

Posted 07-Jan-2016
The staff was amazing and the modern decor was really nice! The beds were so comfortable and the rainfall shower was amazing:))!!! They even comped our breakfast when I told them at checkout that we had some problems with the bathroom door lock. The rooms are a bit on the small side but I wasn't there to stay in the room. I would definitely stay here again. You can't beat the Times Square location!

Great location

Posted 05-Jan-2016
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel because we absolutely love the location. It is super close to Times Square, Bryant Park, and Rockefeller Center but yet it is on a quiet street so it is the best of both worlds. When we got there we were told we had an upgrade to a king sized room but the bed looked a little small so I am not sure we actually got upgraded. We were ok with that because we don't spend much time in the room anyway. The breakfast is typical continental breakfast but it does the trick and there are a bunch of places around the hotel to get breakfast as well. All in all you can't beat the location for the price so it is a great choice.
