The building is ideally located at the intersection of Union Square, Astor Place, Greenwich Village and Gramercy, an area known for its calm and convenience.  
 This inviting one-bedroom, one-bath apartment is located in a charming 14-story building at the crossroads of Union Square, Astor Place and Greenwich Village. The apartment features hardwood floors, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, marble bath accents, an in-unit washer and dryer, and ample closet space. All beds provided are fitted with plush linens and pillows. All Furnished Quarters apartments include 24/7 guest service.   
  
 Pets are allowed in select apartments and are subject to a $500 non-refundable pet sanitation fee for one pet, $750 for two pets. Additional charges and size/breed restrictions may apply and vary by building. All pets must be approved by Furnished Quarters. Please let us know ahead of booking if you plan on traveling with a pet.
