Rather small room even for Manhattan/Times Square

Posted 23-Oct-2016
Location: Equinox gym (guests get free access), Times Square, countless Broadway shows,Rockefeller Center, Harvard Club, and multiple subway lines are steps awa
This is an up-and-coming boutique hotel that is clean, comfortable, courteous convenient, and very affordable, all by Times Square/Manhattan standards. Limited on space, hotel management does an excellent job with what they've got. The room is tiny and the closet even tinier. The rooms do have quite spacious bathrooms with--like it or not (I have mixed feelings)-- shower floors flush and continuous with the bathroom floor. With no gym of it's own, guests have access to the rather capacious and luxurious all-service Equinox at Rockefeller Center, which provides free gym attire and will even press your suit while you work out. Location is quite convenient, close to the E, S, N/R/Q, and 1/2/3 subway lines.

Location: Good location as it's steps from Times Square and many attractions and theatre .
Sadly after much excitement to stay at this hotel it was a huge letdown. Small room . Broken toilet . Small closet . Expensive for what you get . Staff was rude and not helpful when asked for ideas .

Too dark

Posted 29-Sep-2016
Never saw staff, hotels dark. Good location & early check in, but I was so jetlagged, darkness further confused my body
Comment from Hotel Management

leslie, thank you for choosing Night Theater District for your trip to New York. I am happy to hear that we were able to check you in early after an over flight. I do apologize that we were unable to place you in a room facing the street which has more natural light. Unfortunately at the time we had limited availability. Please book directly with us on your next trip to New York so that we can find suitable accommodations. Warmest Regards Mary

Cozy Hotel with Great Service

Posted 22-Sep-2016
Pros: Feel and Service of Hotel Staff. Membership access to the Equinox.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Location: It was close enough to Time Square but far enough so I didn't hear the noise.
The staff was very attentive from the moment I arrived. I loved the serene feel of the hotel, which I needed after having a very bad hotel experience that forced me to relocate. I am pleased with the Night Hotel and would definitely stay here again but in a larger room possibly.

Nice hotel with a lot of character.

One of the best hotels i'very stayed at while in NYC. The hotel would be a lot more comfortable if the rooms weren't so small.

Okay hotel, it is downtown

Posted 28-Aug-2016
It was not bad, it is close to Time Square, Broadway theaters, Restaurants, etc... The room is very small, bathroom is super small it wasn't comfortable for me and my wife. The couple we traveled with they agree too. Will not stay there again and won't recommend it.

Nur die Lage zählt!

Posted 20-Aug-2016
Pros: Lage
