Pros: Everything. :-)
Location: Location was perfect as we had tickets to see On Your Feet! (Which was such a great show!)
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and we were able to check in early. Staff was friendly and helpful!

We always stay here when coming to NYC. We like the central location. The subway stop is very close, so you can be anywhere in the city easily. The hotel is very large, but the state of the art elevators are designed in a way that you never have to wait on an elevator.

Great hotel and staff

Pros: Great views, pleasant staff, location
Cons: N/A
Location: Lots of local points of interest close by, we had lion king tickets and the theatre was literally across the road, 1 minute walk tops.
We couldn't have asked for more, the hotel and its staff were amazing, we were stranded due to the snowfall and our flight was cancelled, the staff allowed us a longer stay in the room free of charge whilst we sorted things out and we ended up having to stay for another night - at a cost of course but the staff were extremely helpful in the circumstances. The hotel is situated bang in the middle of the Times Square area with easy access and walking distance to various local points of interest such as Central Park etc.

Might Have Been Fine

Due to weather conditions, declared state of emergency and local travel ban, was unable to get to hotel. I phoned in a cancellation, but was still charged the cancellation fee.

convenient location

Pros: The location , size of the room, confortable bed.
Cons: Service, amenities including free wifi service for guests especially in this computer age.
Location: Broadway theaters closeby , within a few hundred feet all around the hotel, lots of shops, restaurants and easy access to transportation.
Located in the heart of Times square and room is big enough to be comfortable but the toilet flushing has too much pressure and tends to splash all over , yet , it does not flush out anything sitting very close to the front end, you have to use other ways to get it flushed through. There is no free wifi at all! You will be charged at least 16.99 per day if you request for one. I travel to Europe and Asia quite a bit and every hotel I 've stayed in, has free wifi. They give you a password to access their wifi. They also provide microwave and/ or refrigerator. Housekeeping personnel rude, unfriendly. No such thing as service with a smile. During check in, no one is available to assist with luggage. You have to search for one. No free breakfast either.

It's right where you want to be. Room was nice enough. Would have liked them to at least offer Coke products instead of just Pepsi, but that's a personal preference thing. Overall good.
