Good location, Close to Times Square

Pros: The location and the breakfast was great. Customer service at breakfast was outstanding.
Location: Half a block to Times Square. Across street from Good Morning America.
Hotel Check-in disappointing, room not ready and no call as promised when room ready. Long waits at elevators. 5 elevators only 1 was working. Beds small and uncomfortable. No coffee pot in room. I hotel employee at check in argued with me about elevators.

Spring Break

Close to restaurant row and Hell's Kitchen, beds are small and rooms are tiny, for one person it's fine for an adult and 2 kids it's way too small, not the hotels fault, just know it's too small for kids. Restaurant room service is ridiculously high priced and fridges are not in the room, you have to ask for one and they will plug it into wall taking up even more precious space

All that plus a cup of coffee

Pros: Practically everything.
Cons: Like many Times Square area hotels, there is quite a bit of chaos in the lobby mid-afternoon as people wait for check in. Give them somewhere to sit.
Location: Everything you might need or want - or a subway connection to it - is nearby.
I've stayed at the Millennium Broadway before and had good experiences. The rate for this stay was so excellent, and I was so delighted to find a Keurig in my room this time that I felt compelled to tell others to stay here. Truly, giving me coffee as I get ready to leave the hotel each day improves my outlook so much - thank you for adding this! The location is perfection for business and tourist activities. The rooms are nice and big and clean. The hotel is quiet and the beds are comfortable. The elevators run in a timely manner. A box that was mailed ahead of my stay was delivered to my room and waiting for me. A problem with the TV was resolved quickly. With the addition of the coffee (did I say how important this is to me?), I wanted for nothing and was very pleased with my stay.

6 Elevators and 3 were broken.

Complete mess with half of their elevators down. They offered a 20% reduced rate but then informed that would have to be done by Expedia since this was pre-paid. What do you need from me to facilitate a credit? Please advise.

Conveniently located hotel with great city views

Pros: Good experience with courteous staff.
Cons: Rooms could do with a mini fridge, hot water kettle and tea/coffee station as these facilities are the norm in comparable hotel
Location: Located half a block from Times Square. There is nothing you can't do around here!
Good experience with courteous staff. A hiccup was poor front desk printing services because their staff member took the day off and nobody else was able to assist. I was redirected to use a self-service printer with much steeper pricing that felt like a rip-off for my 1 page printout. Rooms could do with a mini fridge, hot water kettle and tea/coffee station as these facilities are the norm in comparable hotels.

Perfect location just steps from time square!

rooms are shabby!

Cons: Rooms need updated--ac/heat issues--rip off by bell man
Location: times square
stale smell in room. crack in ceiling in bathroom. first time i went to use tub the entire drain came off. It was sot HOT--i asked how to cut off heat an put on AC--was told hotel controlled based on time of year--it was 62 degrees out and the heat would not cut off! i called housekeeping three times and was promised each time someone would come cut off the heat. When i checked out Friday, it was still on. Woke up each morning drenched in sweat--yuck! The final rip off was our ride to the airport--the bellman asked if we needed a car--i said no we would uber--he then told us we could get a ride for $40.00--i agreed as uber was 30.00 and had not even called yet--when we get to the airport the driver asks for 45? I told him we were advised 40--he threatened to get police involved and keep our luggage--over 5 bucks--it was unbelievable. when i called the hotel i was directed to the bellman that had assisted me--he said the extra was for tolls? i was never once told about the additional cost--it was 40for cash 53 with card--i felt ripped off and conned--will NEVER use this hotel again

Good central location

When we first arrived we thought the lobby looked lovely! We were checked in by a lovely man who upgraded us from queen room to premium king No 3505. Room size was lovely BUT there were several areas that were tired! Cupboard door hanging off so didn't use that. Carpets need a good hoover. In bathroom the painted wood under sink flaking. Thank fully I have fine hair as the hairdryer was not great! Lights in hallway from lift to room need a good dust. You were also waiting a while on lifts coming up and down. There are 6 lifts but only ever seemed like 1 was on.
