Great location

Great location for Broadway activities as well as bus tours and great food. Hotel staff are great! Rooms are smaller but have what you need.

Great New York City Location We had a great stay at the Millennium Broadway. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful. It was so convenient to be in Times Square.

Hotel housekeeping was not as responsive as in the past. I had to request towels to he added to my room on 2 occasions and did not receive towels for several hours.

The room was not the cleanest. Definitely paying for the location. Paid for a room with a view and it did not provide that.

Staff was wonderfully helpful; however, I don’t believe our bathroom was cleaned as the vanity still had a bobby-pin left on it from a previous guest, and the shower had dirt and hair as well.

Terrible staff at the front desk. I had requested for early check in by 2 PM but was not given room until 4:15 PM ?? Breakfast was included with my booking on expedia but the hotel did not honor the same. The room on the 29th floor was terrible. We fell sick during our stay with lots of allergies, we were continuously sneezing due to the dust in the room.

The location of this hotel was great. However, it is somewhat dated. The pictures shown were not an accurate idea of the room we had. There was no microwave, no coffee pot, very few plug ins, dated looking bedding, and what looked to be original bath tub and bathroom fixtures. I asked for paper cups, both at the front desk and restaurant, and was told none were available. Probably won't stay here again.

Excellent location for us, in for a theater weekend. The only fault I have is that the granite counter in the bathroom had a huge break in it. So there was a large piece right against the sink that was loose. Made me a little nervous that if it were leaned on it might break away! We were in room 3910. Otherwise a great property. We have stayed here before! Great value also.
