The lobby was beautiful , the rooms were clean but ok average . The location was a plus , because we had show tics for Lionking and it was mins away from theater. Would saty again if I had show tics .

Excellent, perfect location for tourists

Posted 13-Feb-2016
Pros: The staff. The location and the comfort of the room
Cons: Its only a small thing but the Wifi Access cost at $12.95 a day was a little steep. But thats only a small detail.
Location: Very central. There are eateries all around for every budget level. There is a great deli/shop across the road on w 45th street
I had never stayed at the hotel before, and picked it through the Expedia site. We loved our trip. For those looking to do the tourist thing. The Millenium Broadway is perfectly located for your needs. A stones throw from Broadway shows, restauraunts, and bus trips. 20 minutes walk from Central Park and also the same (in the other direction) from the Empire State Building. The hotel itself is wonderful and our room was on the 46th floor with a great view of part of the city. If we return to NYC soon, we shall stay at the Millenium Bradway again.

Convenient to Broadway Theaters

Posted 12-Feb-2016
Pros: I enjoyed the location being so close to Times Square, theaters and restaurants.
Location: Theaters, bars, restaurants, pubs, all within easy walking distance.
The hotel staff, particularly the concierge, was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable with firm mattress and a warm but lightweight comforter. My only complaint was the temperature of the room. It became too warm during the first night. The hotel engineer was responsive he turned off the heater and opened the window. It seemed an odd thing to do, i.e. let the winter air in during February, but it worked. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The concierge was patient when coaching us in how to navigate to famous New York landmarks. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Cafe Charlotte. The food was good and I did not have to bundle up and go outside. I particularly like the location. It was so close to the theater I could easily walk.

The only problem was that there was dust on the top edge of the bed. Other than that it was a really good experience. 8 definitely will be coming back.

Nice hotel close to shops.

I enjoyed my stay there, however I chose a city view and I thought that was close to what the pictures on the site were but was disappointed that I was placed on the other side where our view consisted of buildings. Additionally, I was quite upset that after waiting 40 minutes for our car after check-out, the door man called to check on the status of our car and he was told that the driver was on his way, but we had to wait another 20 minutes for the driver to arrive with our car.
