My only complaint

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a rock which kept my husband and I awake most of the night . We also spent most of our trip in the rain and as you can imagine our clothes were very wet even with the use of umbrellas and ponchos . They did not have an on site washer or dryer which was disappointing as most hotels have them readily available.

Soaking up Broadway

Leisure visit to New York City. Met some friends for show and shopping.. Could not have picked a better location, we were able to walk everywhere Milenium Broadway was the perfect location. also some of the top floors have a great view of Broadway.

This hotel is ideal as its situated right on Times Square and is close to the best shopping areas. We found the service was of the best we've had in New York.

Nice location in NYC

Pros: Location and two double-bed rooms are nice.
Cons: I had to wait to check in as only one person was working the check-in desk at the peak time to check in.
Location: Time Square right down the street. Subways stops nearby.
This was a nice, centrally-located hotel in NYC. It was pretty close to the crowds of Time Square on 7th Avenue. It is within walking distance of so many NYC attractions, and close to subway stops also. I would recommend this hotel.

OK but needs renovation

Pros: Front desk was polite, warm and professional.
Cons: See above. Renovate, paint, replace fixtures, deep clean etc.
Location: Times square is a must to avoid for me. Unless you are a tourist (I am a native NY'r and business traveler) avoid the area. Very congested, loud etc
Reception was good with a quick check in. However even the 'upgraded room' was a bit shabby. The sink countertop 'granite' (I am sure at one time it looked great) is cracked right in the middle. The chair at the desk is not a rolling chair and is too low to comfortably work at the desk. The desk itself was worn, top of it blistered and cracked. The room as well had a musty smell and was in need of renovation...chipped paint, older carpet. Hallways also are a bit run down with touch ups needed including the elevators. This hotel is fine for the money, rooms bigger than most. Based on the conditions this is a 2-3 star hotel. I would not stay again.

Pros: Excellent location! Friendly staff and extremely convenient for everything.
Cons: A bit too noisy during night.
Excellent location, friendly staff, easy check-in and -out , good house-keeping, good value.

Great location

Cons: Food in the restaurant.
Location: Theater, restaurants, shopping...all the NYC tourist things...
The location is great, but the staff is truly outstanding: helpful, friendly, polite and welcoming. The hotel is a little worn, but definitely a great place to stay. Restaurant was disappointing. We had breakfast there and would never do so again. One other minus: no coffee maker in the room But I would stay here again...

Good location

Old, wall paper coming off. Poor lighting in bathroom. Nothing special. Hotel breakfast was expensive and not great. Extra for paper and Internet. Centally located to everything we wanted to see and do.
