nice hotel close to everything.

Was a little scared because price seemed lower but was very pleased. Its not your big fancy hotels but it served its purpose. Was safe, clean & bed comfortable. There is also theater next door so we were able to see celebrities 2 nights. .

Cons: Windows very dirty , dated
Location: Times Square very close.Plenty of fine restaurants within walking distance.
Close to everything that we needed to do. Only stayed two nights but felt safe and secure there.

Overall the hotel staff were welcoming. The room was clean, the sheets had minor ink stains that looked like had gone through the wash a few times, but we're at that point permanent . We did a check for bed bugs and did not find any. Score!

small, practicable and surprisingly confortable

Pros: near to the location of my business meetings
Cons: to have a reliable internet
Location: excellent location
one night stay, confortable bed and quite. i was able to rest and start fresh next day.

Surprise facility fee makes this a bad value

Pros: Location was ideal
Cons: Prices should be transparent, refunds should be made within 24 hours, internet should have a password and curtains in room should be able to close
Location: It's times square!
This is a decent hotel in the middle of Times Square, but the location is the only perk. We got our room for a decent price, or so we thought, until we received a conformation email with our reservation stating that there was a nightly facility fee over 1/3 of the night rate. For our four night stay, this meant having to pay equal to an entire additional night. Once I saw the extra charge (for high speed internet and an onsite gym), I called Expedia to cancel the reservation. Expedia called the hotel but the manager refused to refund my money and said that even if I didn't use the facilities, the fee was still mandatory. I didn't use the gym, but I did use the "high speed internet" since I was forced to pay for it. My videos lagged, not surprising considering the network didn't even have a password. If the price had been as advertised it would have been an good value, but with the additional fees, I suggest going else where. The room is so small my friend and I had nowhere to put our small luggage. There were tiny hairs in the bathroom where the previous guest had been shaving. The view from our window looked into a tiny courtyard/wall which allowed us to look directly into other peoples rooms. To make matters worse the curtains did not span the window, so could not be closed. We were forced to show everything we were doing to the neighbors across the way. And, the hallways had a strong smell of marijuana. There have to be better options in Times Square.

No WiFi in this day and age! Rude night staff. The only positive experience was the baggage bell hop. He was always courteous and helpful.

Get what you pay for

I will never go back and I will never try to get a cheap deal for a hotel. Water was cold, both shower and sink. Never picked up the phone when I called (more than 5 times) so I had to go to the front desk. They fixed the problem but the water never fully got hot it was barely warm. Top of my worst hotel experiences. The guy who took my bag was very kind and helpful though.

Best location ever

Great location, service in New York is very bad, everybody is so stressed, and all the tourism business are fully booked, that is why they don t care about service

Great position right around the corner TimesSquare

Easy check in & check out. Elevator tiny but didn't have long to wait! Room was spacious for NYC and bathroom good size. Internet was awful. Didn't have it for 3 days so they took the resort fee off which was good customer relations. Great location!
