Pros: me ecanto el estilo, muy italianao elegante
Cons: solamente más personal de noche, ya que muy tarde habia poca gente en la planta principal de loby
Location: yo fui a trabajar, pero me gusto que estubo cerca de soho y aun que sea tuve un tiempo para salir a unas compras
hotel hugo un gran hotel en nueva york cerca del museo del niño y del area oeste de soho. muy limpio, bien sitiado a pocas cuadras del metro, estilo italiano, cuartos muy buenos, luminosos, baño impecable. muy útil el bussines center ya que fui de trabajo y necesite tanto de internet como computadoras e impresoras, personal capacitado.

Pros: relaxed atmosphere, friendliness of staff ,location
Cons: Can 't think of anything
Location: Walking distance from Chelsea, High Line, Little Italy,Chinatown,Freedom Tower, Brooklyn Bridge,Battery Park,SoHo,Tribeca. A&C line underground .
This is our second consecutive stay at Hotel Hugo,the situation of the hotel just suited our six night stay.We love wandering around SoHo, Greenwich and Tribeca. We were made to feel comfortable and most welcome,staff remembered us from the previous Spring.Sean one of the owners came over at breakfast today hello and asked if he could do anything to make our stay more comfortable? We said not a thing!!

Ok but...

I probably will not return there. Customer service in the restaurant could be better. Check in for this exhausted traveler was sub-par. I had to wander around from 12-3p, then waited another 1.5hrs for my room. Not impressed

Pros: Rooftop view was beautiful.
Cons: It was not clean. Tissue from previous guest on floor, hair in bathroom, hair in bed, wrapper on the floor. Need to clean better & inspected.
Location: The location was nice, no complaints about that.
Our room (for 3 of us) was not ready at check in time & not clean although we were told it had been cleaned & inspected. After complaining we were given a complimentary continental breakfast which consisted of either a bagel, yogurt or fresh fruit with coffee or orange juice. That bill was $42 which was free to us but very pricey if we had to pay for that in the hotel restaurant. Our sink wouldn't drain the water and our 2nd day the maid never came to clean. We were disappointed that it did not live up to our expectations. I thought the room itself was modern looking and comfortable. The beds were smaller than I was expecting 2 queens and they were more like full size. If I go back to New York, I'm going to check around

Trendy downtown NY hotel with best bed ever

We stayed here on our 'minimoon' to New York and loved it. The hotel feels new and trendy. Staff are friendly and on the most part helpful, although we found that across New York if you ask people in shops etc for directions they haven't got a clue, we think a lot of them don't actually live in Manhattan and just commute in. That aside, great hotel, great location if you want to escape the madness of time square, good places to eat and shop around, roof top bar is great (but expensive) and we would recommend it.

Lovely hotel in a great area of New York.

We had a great 6 nights staying at the hotel Hugo in soho, we couldn't be in a better area with great restaurants & shops within easy walking distance. Greenwich village is also a great place with lots of lovely cafes & restaurants only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Chelsea market is a great place to visit & would recommend The Standard Grill for dinner, great food, service & atmoshere. The hotel rooms are very modern & stylish, they did lack storage space for clothes & shoes & some bathroom amenities (cotton wool, buds, shower cap etc) & robes & slippers would have been nice! The roof top bar was great (very popular with New Yorkers especially at the weekend & can get very busy) great views of the Hudson River & Statue of Liberty. The staff were really friendly & helpful. We would return to the hotel Hugo.

Perfect location and comfortable bed. Would love a bigger gym and more selections on the menu for room service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shame the 2nd rooftop bar was closed.

Decor de l'hôtel très beau. Personnel à l'accueil un peu froid. Chambre très confortable mais manque d'espace pour les vêtements. Petit déjeuner très bon mais un peu de confusion dans l'addition. Dans tous les cas j'y retournerai.

One room, 4 people, worked out perfectly. Great location near subway and all kinds of nice bars, restaurants and shops in Soho. Rooftop bar is a must do!
