Construction in the main lobby, very loud and inconvenient at times. only 2 elevators for 25 floors, often getting stuck or taking forever. no stair access through the lobby. other than that, extremely clean and friendly staff. great location for the chelsea area and for the price.

I wish they warned us about the construction in the lobby and the elevator delays. Other than that I was very pleased with our room. It was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and so cute too. Located across amazing thrift stores and lots of shops. Walkable but also very accessible to the metro. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was nice and helpful, a special call out to Destiny, she was friendly and helped us with bar and grill’s. A restaurant and bar were advertised however none. Room and Bath was very small. No mirror or drawers. It was Disappointing, especially for a Holiday Inn

Perfect location for exploring all manhattan has to see. Every staff member was excellent, even let us check in early without a word about it. Check out was super fast. Workers were flourished with an abroad group getting checked in but easily helped me and my group get into our room swiftly. However, I will say the rooms were very tiny as expected in new york but in the pictures they truly look a lot bigger. The pressure in the shower was horrid but doable since we weren’t in the room too much. I will say the bed was SOOOO comfortable, one of the better hotel beds i’ve slept in. The only other con was there was heavy construction in the lobby causing it to be loud, crowded, and unappealing but they made it work. Would stay again!!!

They are just having renovation during our stay but we always come back to a clean room. No one is stealing our stuff. Staff are amazing!

There was construction in the lobby, making it nearly impossible to move. There was no indication that there would be construction, otherwise I would have cancelled my reservation and.booked elsewhere. The walls were incredibly thin, we were able to hear conversations all over the hall.

The property is barely functional. Carpets stink, front desk staff is bored at best, rude on average, and downright disrespectful and incompetent at worst. They charged me twice for my stay - an error they admitted to but have left me having to struggle with fixing for MONTHS after my stay there. Avoid this place like the plague.

I am very disappointed. I usually love the Holiday Inn Hotel and always book there because of their buffet breakfast. However, this particular hotel has no kitchen. I paid for breakfast as they stated it's available. They provided coupons to eat somewhere not attached to the hotel, and the food was subpar. I requested a refund for the remaining days as I did not want to eat breakfast there. They assured me of a refund, but as of now, I haven't seen any reimbursement in my account. Hotel has no common area, no where to go except your room. City view is not what I expected either.

Really just an average hotel, and average customer service, maid cleaned our room and took two towels but didn’t leave any new ones…. Over all an ok visit no major complaints we would come back in the future

My experience staying at this hotel was terrible our next door guess didn’t let us sleep at the night time, they were screaming the whole time and shutting the door so loud, I had tell them several times to stayed quiet and it was impossible, I come to this city to enjoy and have some rest but I couldn’t, definitely not coming back to this place, I also let the from desk know about the situation but they didn’t do anything about it, housekeeping was son attentive and kind that’s the only good thing about this place

The location was good which is why I booked this hotel to begin with. First day I checked in was a nightmare! Upon checking in at 4pm my sisters and I went out. We got back 9:30pm and I went into the shower after 15 minutes I get out and started brushing my teeth, while I was brushing my teeth my water turns off. I call the front desk and there’s no answer. I called several times and still no answer. After a few minutes my sister who also needed to shower went downstairs and was told by an employee that someone would check the room in a few. We waited for about an hour before a guy came, checked the water and told us it would be a couple hours before the issue was fixed. The toilet, sink, and shower was not working. We could not flush the toilet or wash our hands (which one of my sisters is 7 months pregnant and threw up in the toilet but couldn’t flush or wash her hands or face). It was 5 am when the issue was finally resolved, we turned on the water only for the water to be brown. We called the front desk and again no answer (no one ever answers) they told us let the water run for a few minutes. For 20 minutes the water continued to run but it was still not clear, and the hot water ran out my sister and I ended up taking a cold shower. Overall, I asked to speak with a manager and I was told management was aware of my situation and he would call me. I left my room number and telephone number with staff and was assured he would call me. Management never called or addressed me
