Great location! Comfortable room!
The only reason I didn't give the hotel 5's across the board was because of an interaction I had with a member of your front desk. We arrived at the hotel at 7:30 am. I asked the front desk if there were any early check ins available. The gentalmen said no we are at capacity. I then asked do you know when the earliest room available would be. He replied 3 O'clock at check in time. This is fine, I completely understand you were at capacity and you are not obligated by any means to provide early check in. However, the front desk clerk was very cold in the way he interacted with me. He never looked up from his computer screen, and all around wasn't pleasant. We then took a seat in the lobby as my wife and I planned our day. While we were sitting there a shift change happened at the front desk and a new gentlemen started his shift. I over heard him take a phone call and very politely and pleasantly tell another guest. "I apologize sir we don't have any early check ins available, but what I can do for you is take down your phone number and as a room becomes available I can give you a call. I stood up and I asked him if we could do the same thing. He replied "absolutely! Let me get your name and number and start your checking process, and I'll call you as soon as a room is available." Might I add the other clerk was still standing there and gave me a dirty look and walked away. Other than that situation our stay was great! It just sucked that it started off on a bad foot.
