The staff when we arrived we're not very helpful. We had to find the trolley and put all the suitcases. My husband did it himself because my 5 year old was asleep in my arms. They couldn't find our reservation but didn't apologise at all. At the time we were going to go up someone turned up saying he was the only one that could carry the trolley upstairs. Just on time. The bathroom is really basic. The shower is not good at all and very basic toiletries. Some inn's toilets are better. Having said that the room was clean and spacious and the bed comfortable with cheap sheets and duvet cover. The cleaning staff and the person at the door early in the morning when we left were really. Ice and helpful. The decoration is old and dark and the lights two bright/white. You can give the hotel 5/6 out of 10 because the location is great.
