We stayed for 6 days , hotel is in a great area close to Times Square and Broadway . Hotel lobby wasn't great felt cold and uncomfortable but then we don't go away to stay in the lobby . Staff were pleasant but not overly chatty or welcoming . Breakfast room very small and at times inadequate especially between 8.30 and 10 . Food was limited and basic but handy to have there and complimentary .
Rooms were looking tired but were very clean and equipped with all we needed so decoration isn't important .beds and pillows really comfortable too . We got put in room1021 its right next to the lift and was extremely noisy as you can imagine . We faced the back into an office block so traffic noise was minimal but some of our group faced into 8th Ave and said the constant horns and sirens woke them at times . Probably unavoidable in a city like New York .
Reception provided complimentary apples , cookies and water in request. Also tea coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7 .
Probably wouldn't stay here again as have stayed in hotels nearby that we prefer and for some reason don't get as much noise .
