Excellent location

Posted 24-Aug-2016
The Grand Hyatt is a great location for jumping on the subway at Grand Central and for having a delicious but inexpensive breakfast at Blake and Todd's. The hotel has a lovely lobby area and we did upgrade our room in order to have a larger bathroom (3 females = bigger bathroom). The best 24 hour pizza place is Uncle Paul's on Vanderbilt which is a 5 minute walk from the Hyatt. I would stay here again as it was functional and clean and had very helpful staff. It isn't the newest or most luxurious but it was comfortable.

Nice!

Posted 23-Aug-2016
Pros: The bed was super comfortable.
Cons: The drainage in the shower was very slow. I was standing in water by the time I finished my shower. A microwave in the room would have been nice
Location: This hotel is basically right on top of Grand Central Station. There are a lot of conveniences near by.
Check-in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful.

Hotel allgemein in Ordnung. Service top. Zimmer sauber, aber abgewohnt. Badezimmer in schlechtem Zustand. Straße sehr laut, Fenster nicht abgedichtet.

Love this hotel

Posted 22-Aug-2016
We stayed two nights in this hotel and we loved it. This is not our first stay in this hotel we try to stay here every time we are in NYC. The location is excellent, service is great and the rooms are very clean. It is a Hyatt.

Sink is very small to wash face . Door key is not working (need to call for service till I checked out) Bed is very old ...:( Only good thing was the grand station was right next to the hotel . If you bring car with you, they charge two nights for about $170.00

centralissimo, grande hotel, ottimo servizio

Posted 18-Aug-2016
