Pros: Friendly staff and central location
Location: Central location. Handy for shopping, walking distance to 5th Avnue, Macy,s and Lord and Taylor. Good choice of restaurants nearby.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Have returned on numerous occasions and am never disappointed. The staff are friendly, helpful and quite cheery.

Great location, lots of shops around, super convinent. Room is not too big, but for New York City, the size is bigger than other similar stars of hotels. Modern decoration, nice bed too.

This hotel is in a great location.

Posted 01-Dec-2016
Pros: The location was great and the rooms were clean not much else.
Cons: By reducing prices in bar and mini market and also charging for the storage of luggage. And also staff service and attitude.
Location: The hotel is next door to grand central and walking distance from shops theatres and Times Square.
Unfortunately not all the staff in this hotel were very helpful or pleasant. Prices at the bar are outrageous and could not believe you had to pay $3 per item for the hotel to store your luggage until you depart. It was also quite clearly pointed out that there was no charge for printing out your boarding passes ( not true ) I had over $10 taken from my debit card when I got home.overall very disappointed as I did not feel the hotel treated everyone the same.

Albergo ben posizionato per muoversi a NYCity

Posted 01-Dec-2016
Nonostante un upgrade , il bagno è piccolo e privo di bidet . Rumori durante tutta la notte a causa di un cantiere vicinissimo . Le camere hanno un aria molto vissuta , nonostante il buon lavoro del personale della pulizia .

Hotel for family vacation.

Posted 30-Nov-2016
Pros: The food on the 16th floor for the club.
Cons: Towels could be softer. Sheets could be softer.
Location: Everything is near! Great location.
The check took a long time. Expedia travelers. Use wait in line, while other customers are taken to kiosks on the side to check in. The room was old and not so spacious. The shower soaps are nice. The rooms with hard wood floors are much nicer. The check out was quick. You have to be a bit pushy in the market to get your free coffee and water. They try to charge you.

Albergo senza pretese

Posted 30-Nov-2016
Pros: La posizione
Un albergo senza pretese (ce ne sono di migliori) ma si trova in una posizione strategica e comoda.

Excellent location, good sized rooms

Posted 28-Nov-2016
The standard room is a good size for Manhattan and the fitness center is also much larger than most hotels have. The staff were helpful, especially the concierge on the first night to find us a restaurant. The only downside is that not all elevators were working and it caused waiting times for those on floors 25 and up during the morning period when everyone is in need to use them.

Great hotel, perfect location!

Since the moment I arrive, the staff makes me feel at home. The room, at floor 30, was nice, comfortable and very neat. Location, location that would best describe the hotel. I strongly recommend it.

Pros: Great location for going up or down the island. Good little "market" off the lobby with Starbucks coffee, wine sandwiches etc.
Cons: Bathand shower facilities
Location: Great little breakfast diner named "Scotties Grand Central and Subway right there. Fairly quiet at night compared to hotels at Times Square.
Rooms comfortable. Only negative is the bathtub area...most need new tubs. Bath plugs not working properly in two rooms.
