Location is good, but that's about it...
We booked the most expensive, largest room available on expedia at the time of our booking. If this is the best they have, I definitely would not recommend it! We got a low floor, stains on the carpet, doors that stuck and paint peeling off the walls. The entire room just had a dingy, dirty feel. Customer Service was not great. The lobby was nice and the location in Times Square was great- but we would never stay here again! We booked a boutique hotel near Rockefeller for the second half of our stay and wow- what a difference! (and even at a lower price!!) The customer service, details, views... everything was impeccable at our second hotel. I couldn't believe we spent more staying at the grungy Doubletree Time Square. I won't waste my money at this shabby, low-class hotel again- there are far, far better places to stay.

We're deeply disappointed to hear about your experience, Chauntel.
We always strive to provide our guests a fun and relaxing time during your stay with us. It's unfortunate to hear your stay was not up to par with the standard we're accustomed to providing our guests with here. We highly recommend using our website to see photos and descriptions of all of our rooms and facilities to see which one will ensure your DoubleTree Times Square stay is ideal. We will address your concerns with our team and work to improve for the future.
With this said, Chauntel, we'd like to share a much more positive experience with you. We'd love another opportunity to show you the type of visit we're known for in New York. We'd look forward to the chance to show you the stay you deserve.
