The 1st room we were allocated was far too small and shabby however as soon as we expressed our dissatisfaction, the staff were very quick to provide a complimentary upgrade to a lovely room.
Excellent atmosphere and location. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Upon our arrival the room wasn't ready and we had a free upgrade to a suite room which was large, clean, and more than needed. Would highly recommend this hotel.
