Booked a last minute trip to see some broadway shows. This was a perfect location, the Times Square TKTS booth is right around the corner, and all the broadway theaters are in walking distance, as well as so many other NYC landmarks and activities. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was very nice, we had a great time!

Great Stay in NYC Time Square

Posted 26-Apr-2016
Pros: Staff, clean, view, amenities and location.
Cons: more staff members at check in so lines are shorter.
Location: Close to subway, Time Square, theatre district, hells kitchen and so much more.
The check in staff was great, amenities were awesome and the room had a great view. Even though we were in time square the noise was minimal and the rooms were very clean. We will visit again.

Comparable To Nicer Hotels

Posted 26-Apr-2016
I've stayed in the Renaissance right around the corner and other more expensive hotels in the area and the only difference I could see was price and less staff near the elevators. I was very pleased and will now stay again, realizing it is just as nice.

Our stay.

Pros: The situation.
Cons: Not a lot.
Location: Very central for walking, sight-seeing and getting transport ie subway, buses, cabs and tour buses.
Perfectly situated, and couldn't wish for anything better.

Great Location and friendly staff!

The hotel is in the heart of the action. Great view from the room. Staff was on point and quickly helped with all needs. The gym was amazing for a hotel! Had all the perks of a large commercial gym. Only flaw was the shower could use updating and no bathtub.

Nice hotel near Times Square

Posted 24-Apr-2016
Pros: Location was great. Rooms were nice.
Cons: It would be nice to have the option for 2 queen beds.
Location: If you don't mind walking a bit, many attractions are within walking distance.
This was a nice hotel in Times Square. We walked to the Empire State building (15 blocks) and Central Park (10 blocks). Lots of restaurant choices nearby in Times Square. Concierge had great recommendations for a less pricey breakfast and touring the Empire State Building. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Rooms were nicely appointed. We would have preferred two queen size beds instead of two double beds but they were comfortable. Be prepared for how expensive things are in NYC. Parking is not included in the room rates and cost $120 for 2 days.
