The front desk was never welcoming or polite.
From the beginning our experience was less than pleasant.
Entered our room to find a dirty towel on the bathroom floor and the mirror in the bedroom dirty. When I called the front desk, they didn't even say "I am sorry". I had to ask for housekeeping to come. I was treated better from the bell hop about it and the person from housekeeping who came to take care of it.
The room definitely needed up dating. The leather on the bed was cracking in parts, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling, there was rust on the bathroom vanity that they tried to cover up with portable small mirror. The bathtub was definitely need of repair and updating. After the second day when we received a stained (with black marks) bath towels, they did credit us back the 30.00 dollars a day charge that we received for "services", such as the internet, I don't know what other services we were paying for. You were charged to use the computers and printer (per page) in the business room.
