The experience was mediocre. Hotel itself is in a great location. However it's expected, as a Crown Royal in times square for the rooms to be in better condition. We also had an issue at the restaurant with service. I wouldn't recommend or return. The mangers did hear our concerns but I don't know if they will have an impact.
