Based in Times Square, so food outlets were expensive. The hotel was convenient and ideal for our needs .

Spent 3 nights in The hotel found the room to be very clean and comfortable.The staff were always happy to help and very pleasant.Great hotel in a great location.Will definately visit again

Pros: Location, beds, service and nice rooms
Location: Perfect location in the heart of Times Square. Everything is a subway ride away.
Was in a jam when we found this hotel on Expedia. We had another hotel that over sold and under delivered. This place help turn our vacation around with out breaking the bank. Comfortable beds, great staff and perfect NY Times Square location.

Pros: View....
Cons: Breakfast service......
Location: Middle of everything....
This is the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel....It is convenient to everything....Breakfast now for the second time has been lacking.....We always seem to have to ask for everything.....You need butter with pancakes....a second cup of coffee without having to ask.....Eggs Easy over should be "Easy Over"...Butter so hard that breaks up the toast.....That is my only criticism.......The hotel itself is perfect......

Wonderful hotel, fantastic location. The room was large and beautifully presented. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful. There is s restaurant, whose prices are average for the area and a v well appointed bar with v reasonable cocktails over 'happy hour' A slight walk from 5th Avenue but v convenient and in the heart of Times Sq Loved my stay here and would definitely recommend. Will certainly stay here again

Times Square

Pros: Great view. Great staff. Great hot water. Great hot water pressure.
Cons: The beds were small doubles. There were four of us total. I've been married for 18-years, but tough to sleep in the narrow bed.
Location: At Times Square. Walking distance to every place imaginable. Times Square has (14) Starbucks and (4) McDonalds. Subway is 2-blocks away.
Hotel staff was great. Valet parking. Room was a corner room, so we had two views of Time Square.

Cons: The cable TV service in the room is not HD, the reception is terrible. Go enjoy the city!
Location: It's in Times Square, everything is close.
Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Note to travelers: this is a large high volume hotel. Depending on the type of room you've requested, if a room is ready, you possibly can get an early check-in as the property tries to avoid having everyone check in at the same time.

Not impressed

The experience was mediocre. Hotel itself is in a great location. However it's expected, as a Crown Royal in times square for the rooms to be in better condition. We also had an issue at the restaurant with service. I wouldn't recommend or return. The mangers did hear our concerns but I don't know if they will have an impact.
