This property was very moder, clean, and completely renovated. The lobby was bright and contemporary and the room was spacious with good amenities and the bed was like sleeping in your own home which is rare for any hotel. My only suggestion is that a bottle of water and bathrobe be provided to guests.

No breakfast, even the coffee maker didn’t work. No re stocking of basic items like cups in the room. Long distance from any tourist attractions. Staff unable to call taxi or provide information about travel. We won’t be going again.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Friendly and attentive staff. Went to the Blue Note for a show, convenient location. Got back to hotel around midnight. Had to buy water bottles. The hotel should supply complimentary water. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here recently only was charged $50 for security deposit so that’s what I came prepared to spend and they tried to charge me $200 deposit for each room I had booked and on top of that staff was very rude

The perfect City experience, the subway, the SOB club, restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel. Staff was nice, downstairs eating area was comfortable. I'll definitely go back soon very soon!

Nice hotel in a good location. Close to two subway lines, walkable to West Village. Comfortable beds, helpful staff. Did not use gym or do breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
