We loved our stay at Club Quarters WTC! It was clean, as described, and staff was kind and helpful. We loved the rooftop bar and terrace. The area was clean and had plenty of options for dining, shopping, sight-seeing, easy access to public transit, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was great, close to 911 Memorial, Oculus and subway stations. They also had a rooftop bar that had great views of the city.

The Lobby and common area was overwhelmed with the smell of Marijuana!! The 6th floor hallway had the smell of cigarette smoke. I thought this was a no smoking property. Very annoying and disappointing!

This hotel is situated in my new favourite district in which to stay while vacationing in NYC. The Club Quarters downtown is perfectly located, quiet yet close to so many different attractions and is within easy walking distance to many subway lines. The hotel’s special touches such as free bottled water, a gourmet coffee machine in the comfortable main floor lounge, not to mention the 20th floor terrace, made our stay extra special. I cannot wait to go back!

Hotel clean and tidy. The coffee and water station is a great option, really convenient and saves buying water all the time. Really close to the world trade centre memorial and walkable to battery park for Statue of Liberty.

Could not have a better location or staff BUT the website descriptions need to be updated. It SAYS there are TWO restaurants on site and that they serve breakfast. In fact there are NO restaurants. There is also absolutely no late check out. On the plus side the room is like a small apartment, including a separate area with a couch and desk and second TV. Our room overlooked the 9-11 Memorial site, directly. Very walkable to Wall Street, the NY Stock Exchange, 9-11 Memorial, Trinity Church, etc. Overall, aside from an easy breakfast, this was a stellar find!

Loved that we had a fridge and microwave in our room—we got to enjoy some leftovers and bakery goods because we had that option. Also loved the water bottle refill stations. The staff is friendly and efficient-and the checkin kiosks are so easy and fast. Will be back here!

Great location for exploring the area around the 9/11 Memorial. The staff was super friendly and helpful. everything was clean in the hotel. There's construction and baricades around the area which take away from the atmosphere though expected. Plenty of options for meals and interesting sculptures and parks.

I spent 3 nights in a 1 bedroom with a kitchenette with my 2 kids. The room was excellent for us with the space, and the fridge and microwave were very convenient. There is no traffic noise based on where the hotel is but we did have some noise from the rooms next to us when in the hall. There are a Whole Foods & Target walkable distance if you like to pickup food for your room like me. Coffee in the lobby was always available and the staff were friendly and very helpful when we had questions. The only negatives I found was I didn’t like the bed directly next to the door, hallway noise was rough when our neighbors were outside talking and sneaking out for coffee while my daughter slept didn’t allow me to keep the light from the hall. We had one tv not working properly and the living room didn’t get as warm as the rest of the room, but they were not deal l breakers. The room had some minor things that needed attention such as peeling wallpaper, but it was clean and comfortable. Overall I would stay again if traveling to the WTC area.

The hotel have plenty of common areas ideal for working with your laptop comfortably. The personnel was kind and attentive. The coffee machine at the lobby is a nice addition. The room was spacious for NYC standards. They were clean and supplied. This is a business trip oriented hotel, so no “extras” are provided, but it’s a good option.

I recently stayed at the Club Quarters Hotel, New York, World Trade Center, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there was one minor issue that prevented me from giving it a full five-star rating. The hotel's fitness room, while convenient and well-equipped, is located on the same level as the guest rooms. Unfortunately, this means that any noise generated from the fitness room can be heard in nearby rooms as well as on the floors above and below. During my stay, I could occasionally hear the sound of exercise equipment or people talking, which was slightly disruptive. I believe that having designated quiet hours for the fitness room could help mitigate this issue. This way, guests who prefer a quieter environment can rest undisturbed, while still allowing others to enjoy the fitness facilities during appropriate times. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Club Quarters Hotel, New York, World Trade Center, for its overall quality and convenience.
