The property is located right in the heart of the Theatre district with Broadway right on the doorstep. The Hotel is set just off the extremely busy Broadway and makes it idea for those wanting a central location without all the noise! The staff were lovely and very helpful, but some of the areas and facilities within the hotel are quite dated and a bit shabby.

It was our first time in NYC and i couldnt have asked for a better trip. Club quarters times square staff are amazing, helpful, friendly. We felt like we were staying with friends, they are quick to help with questions, and so so so nice. This hotel has the perfect location, 3 min walk to the heart of times square. Great local bars with awesome food near by. Shopping on 5th was also a 3 min walk but in the other direction. Felt safe the whole time. We landed at about 10 am friday morning and took the AirTran then the subway from JFK to our hotel, our room wasnt ready yet but they kept our luggage while we started touring NYC. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you CQ!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room felt a little smaller than it looked in the pictures but it was a comfortable and clean room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect it’s about a 10min walk to several places. Like grand central station, time square, Rockefeller center, Central Park, Bryant park. We booked one of the tour buses and only got on once since we could just walk everywhere. 5th Avenue right around the corner for shopping.

This property was just okay. The room was very very very very very small. Literally just enough room to turn around. Definitely not worth the price. 350 a night was way too much for this property. The staff were friendly and very helping and very very kind.

The staff here are so polite and kind. The room was much more spacious than I thought from the pictures and the bed was super comfy! The bar is also such a hidden gem, really cosy with nice cocktails. Very easy to get to tourist attractions. Also great coffee in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed with the room for the price paid. Room was very old, no natural light at all, super small bathroom. Hotel is very old inside (except beautiful lobby area), looks like not maintained, very old elevators making weird sound. I wouldn’t go back. The only thing worth it was the location, but for that price there are better options in the area.

The front desk staff was very helpful with directions, places to go, modes of transportation and the best way to get around. We needed a refrigerator for my partners insulin and they put one in our room. Room was small but we expected that with it being NYC.

It was our third time staying there, and it has been very good each time. The one issue this time was that they close the bar on Saturday. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s nice to have a lobby bar, which is one of the reasons why we decide to stay there. Otherwise everything else was outstanding, and the rest of the staff were top-notch. It’s in a great location, and for NYC, the rooms are decent size. Very clean. We will be back.

Great location, easy walking to Broadway theaters and Times Square. The hotel was very clean. The rooms are small, but to be expected. Water pressure was tremendous. Other than hearing neighbor’s doors closing, it was very quiet, I never heard a voice, traffic or siren, very peaceful. TV was large for the room and easy to control. I would definitely stay here again. Tip: Cafe Market is located directly across the street. They have limited seating if you want to dine in or of course take away. They have a deli making sandwiches, pizza and two buffets that sell food by the pound. Cold salad and fruit 12.99/ pound and hot vegetables/rice 10.99/ pound. Just a little further down the street is Meghan’s Bar and Kitchen. This is definitely an underrated jewel of Manhattan. Yes it’s a bar, but breakfast was delicious. I had the eggs Benedict which cost $13.00. Service was excellent. I highly recommend either if these two businesses for a meal.

Property is in a prime location and the staff is excellent. Room looked nice, but the size of the bathroom was appalling. Also, despite having a remote control for the air conditioner/heat, you have no control, so it was very hot and made sleeping uncomfortable. No frills hotel- no in-room refrigerators, no ice machines, and very tight quarters, but clean and decent for the cost. Front desk facilitated parking and shared a garage which they validated for ($55 per day versus the full price).
