Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

I had difficulty contacting the host prior to arrival regarding the information on how to access the unit. I contacted twice on my arrival date. My check-in time was 4\. The host finally answered my inquiry at 5:30 only to notify me that the property was no longer available, due to people extending their stay. I had to scramble to find alternative lodging at the last minute which was stressful.
