Everyone went were very attentive to any need. Staff were knowledgeable about things in the neighborhood. I was extremely grateful for the hotel holding our things even after checkout allow for more shopping. Great service

The property was nothing to rave about. The rooms are small. The heater was loud. Found in my bed the first night. So did my sister in her room. The last day couldn’t shower the water was cold.

One of the elevators was not working. It caused delays to get to our room due to many people using it. We had to take the stairs a few times we were on the 9th floor. We did not have hot water one morning and showered with very cold water.

No hot water in show no 24 hr maintenance overprice Breakfast was worth it total rip off to keep your $50 deposite. And the on my bacolny work broken which sucked ar night time and the the walls on it were so high you jad no view. No thanks.

Overall it's a good hotel. My only issues were no hot water on my last morning there, the long wait for the elevator, and waiting to get the key card for my room.

Standard hotel for the price and area. Rooms are small (double beds, not queens) and bathroom door is just a sliding frosted glass door (not private or soundproof). No closet big enough to hold a standard suitcase, though there is an oddly shaped cabinet where you could hang a few items. One small nightstand to be shared between two beds. Was very tight for a family of four; we ended up adding a second room because we couldn't move around space with all of us in it.

Good afternoon!It seems your room was serviced at 5:00pm, as there was a Do Not Disturb sign on your door at 9am. As a result of this - your room was assigned to be cleaned later on in the day once the sign was removed. While in-house guest rooms are, of course prioritized, we have a cleaning team working on rooms until 8pm each evening, so it seems they did get to you in a timely fashion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

It was very easy to get around the city and the parking was quick and reasonably priced for NYC. If I want to be picky, the only issue were the pillows. They weren't very good and I asked twice for extra pillows and they never came. Besides that, very good.
