Comfortable bed and clean bedroom. Daily room house keeping. Super nice at the front desk. Handy pub next door and off sales. Close walk to Skytrain. Nice boardwalk near by. Coffee shops and restaurants close by. Have stayed a few times for the same reasons. We stayed on third floor facing street. Very little noise. Slept well. Air conditioning in room. The ceiling fan could use a little WD40.

The place was ok for a short stay, easy access to transport and coffee places around it. The room was clean as well the toilet. Bed quite uncomfortable with a extreme soft mattress, may be needs some Update. The room was cold tho, we could hear all the noises from the street and train all night. But in general was a positive experience. They were a lot of communication from the staff

This hotel was right by the skytrain station, which we found to be quite convenient. There were many restaurants within walking distance which gave us options for meals. It was somewhat dated and a bit noisy from the train, but overall very clean, and would recommend.

Good intercity hotel if you want quick access to the skytrain system. Hotel is older but comfortable. I would not stay for more than a couple days.

For a 2 star hotel its pretty good overall. The area at night can be a little nasty. The room was good, a little on the old side of things rust etc. But overall not too bad. Parking is a total pain though.

It was a very clean hotel. The only problem is the traffic noise which is out of their control because Front Street is closed. Truck traffic is using Columbia St.

Stayed at this hotel often when visiting the Metro Vancouver area. It usually a reasonable price and easy to get around as right next to a skytrain station. Easy to get to the airport and downtown Vancouver from hotel.

It was not clean. There was spit on the faucet that look like someone had previously washed their teeth and missed the sink. Where you would put soap wasn’t clean either. There was a weird stain on the duvet.

We are sorry to hear that your stay with us was unsatisfactory I do see that you were immediately upgraded and moved following the initial issue.it is most unfortunate that this did not resolve the problem. While the Sky Train does run behind the Hotel I believe they stop at midnight and start again at 6AM while having the transit so close can be convenient it can be annoying to others. Once again we apologize that this was the case for you and hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back..

It is my understanding that for some unknown reason our Boiler shut off and the Hotel was without Hot Water for 30 minutes in the early morning. This hotel was nothing like it showed online. The room was old, dirty, loud and cold. We could hear the bar downstairs, the smell of cigarette smoke was strong, the street noise was like the window was open and this room had a window unit for heat/ac and there were gaps around the unit letting in the cold air from outside. We decided to leave after being there for 10 minutes. The hotel manager told us we would get a refund for the remaining nights and would only be charged for the first night. That was 3 months ago and we never got our money back. We booked a much nicer hotel for our remaining nights in a much nicer area and while we were upset that we didn’t get the refund like promised, it was worth it to feel warm, safe and clean in another hotel.

Your reservation was made through the third-party booking engine site Expedia, and payment was processed through them. The remaining nights were refunded on November 4th, 2023. Upon verification with Expedia, we confirmed that your card was also refunded on the mentioned date.You had booked a Deluxe room, which id a front-facing view. The room looked nothing like the photos, the bathroom had a rusty towel holder, the floor had some damage and growth around the tub. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It felt like a jail cell.
