It was a short walk to Waverley train station, Edinburgh bus station, and the Royal Mike. And the hop on-hop off buses were right outside if you wanted to take a tour. "

The hotel is very close to the centre of town and within easy walking distance for trains, buses and trams for the airport. I didn't have breakfast in my week there as I was meeting family but I overheard others saying how much they enjoyed theirs. "

The staff it wonderful and truly make you feel like you're home - whether they wish you a good day or welcome you back after a long day of walking up and down hills. We were greeted with smiles at every turn. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely room that looked up to the castle. Great showers, great room amenities, and cozy beds. We plan to return next year!!!"
