Coastal Waters consists of 3 buildings with three floors. It was recently converted to condos in January of 2021\. The property has been modernized and updated with super-fast WIFI, a new heated pool, extended gas line to the grill area so no more propane tanks and digital wifi enabled door locks to provide easy access and simple contactless check in! The pool area and proximity to the ocean were great. There are a lot of stores and restaurants close by. The condo itself was very clean but left a little bit to be desired. The renovations that had been done were pretty low budget and it looked much better in the pictures. There was only the very basic necessities provided in the kitchen and not enough towels for the beach or bathroom. The furniture was stained, the mirror in the bedroom had paint all over it, the outlets had too many things plugged in with the cords exposed or hanging. It looked like housecleaning must just sweep and clean the bathroom because there was dust caked on the ceiling fan, dust under the beds, it looked like something had been spilled on the backboard of the bed, and one dresser had sand all over the top.Shortly after checking in I noticed the sheets and blankets were stained on both beds so I sent a text requesting fresh sheets. I was told housekeeping was washing sheets but it would be a few hours. A few hours later we were brought sheets straight from Walmart that still had the cardboard in them and everything. They were new but smelled like a musty store since they had never been washed. The location was great so I would have been able to overlook the false advertising as far as things being updated goes, but a place that feels dirty is not something I can ignore. ##### Rebecca D.
