Bay View Cottage sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, one has twin beds and one with a full sized bunk bed. The twin bedroom is on the ground floor along with a downstairs shower room, ideal for guests who have difficulty with stairs. There are two further bathrooms on the first floor, one en-suite shower room and one family bathroom. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine and all the cooking equipment you could need. The open plan living area includes the lounge, dining area and is open to the kitchen area making a perfect entertaining space. The lounge area includes, LED TV, Smart Bluray / DVD player and Hi-fi with Ipod dock. Outside there is a private patio area with chairs, tables and recliners, BBQ, plus a further decking area for full outdoor dining in an unsurpassed setting. There is parking for 3 cars, although more can be accommodated with prior arrangement.

Rooms open to patios. Bathrooms include a shower.
