We enjoyed the outdoor patio. Amenities were sufficient. Nicely decorated. However, the noise from the street was very loud because it's so close to the main street. Use earplugs at night. Also the walls seemed pretty thin because we heard kids next door (because it's a duplex) and we heard a dog barking in the next apartment. Host was very efficient in communication. Location was a short drive to beaches such as Clearwater, Dunedin, Howard Park/Beach. I found this unit to be better than staying in a hotel which are usually small and uncomfortable. There is also a small patio for bbq grilling and your dog to run around.
