Sit outside for both sunrise and sunset to fish or birdwatch. Breathtaking water view on your own private peninsula (can't see neighbors from back yard just the surrounding river), dolphins and manatees swim and play next to the lawn near daily. Only 5 mins from Main Street, NPR. Ask for more pix.
