Great place to stay. Lots of amenities. The grounds of the resort are absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very spacious. This resort is pretty much centered in the middle of anywhere you want to visit. I would recommend.

The property was beautiful! wonderful to walk and enjoy the ponds, fountains and delightful child's neighborhood. Facility has a pool, hot tub and it's own movie theater. Close to the towns of Berlin and Millersburg which both have great places to eat and shops with unique art and artesian crafts. Also accessible to Wonderful Ohio state parks. I would definitely go back again.

Hotel was not clean at all, pool was supposed to be heated but it was freezing cold, pool had algae growing around the steps, breakfast was terrible, I would not stay here again!

Wonderful!
This was our first time staying at the resort & we stayed in an executive suite with the jetted tub & gas fireplace We were quite pleased with the cleanliness of the room, the bed was quite comfortable & the furnishings, including the chandelier, were very nice, and the view from the room was beautiful! Thr resort was modern & in good condition. The check-in & check-out service was friendly & efficient. Everything in the room worked properly & the gas fireplace made the room very cozy, especially on a chilly night in December! The only suggestion I would make is that the hotel staff put a grab bar somewhere on or near the jacuzzi tub to make it easier to get in & out, and also make available in the bath area non-slip mats for both the shower & jacuzzi tub, as both areas can become quite slippery when wet. Overall, we were quite pleased with the room & the resort & we will be returning to stay in the future.

The room was very nice, big and spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much. Really liked the outdoor area eith seting and fire pits and nice walking path. Definitely recommend.

Love this place!
We enjoyed our stay at the Berlin Resort! The room was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent the next morning. It’s our 4th time staying here. So much to enjoy! The pool, hot tub, fitness area, the kids play area. This is our favorite place to stay!

The pool water was frigid, area around pool was gross and dirty - hair, bandaids, unsanitary. The room was ok - definitely not worth the cost. The room was plenty big, beds were comfortable, was good for an overnight stay. The coffee was putrid and I’m not exaggerating. It was undrinkable. The playground and children’s village was a huge hit. We passed on breakfast because of how unappealing it looked.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. In addition to a pool, they have a hot tub, sauna and steam room. It was a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles and all the normal cold food, yogurt, cereal ect. I would recommend spending a little extra money and get a suite.

Short trip to Berlin
We were only going to be staying in Berlin for a couple of days, so we didn't really use any of the facilities of the resort. However, I will say the hotel and our room in particular were very clean. If we make a return visit to Berlin, we will definitely stay here again!

Rooms were very clean, bed comfotable, room temp comfortable. Only thing was refridgerator at 3am started making vibrating noice and then thereafter about every 1/2 hour. Other than that, if staying in area again would stay here and recommend to others.

Not the same. I had a much better stay in 2021. This time the hallways were cold. The swimming pool water was cold. The floor in our room was not clean. Carpet needed steamed cleaned. Floor in our room was unlevel, much worse in hallways. Might need a structural engineer to inspect issues there. Microwave eggs and bacon for breakfast a major disappointment. The staff was friendly and polite. Most everything else was pretty clean for the most part.
