Stayed there for 5 nights. They only cleaned the room after the first night and never again. Each day we asked them to please clean it. Asked for clean towels, but they couldn't give us facecloths because aparantly there werent any clean. Elevator kept breaking down. And we were even stuck it in and had to get maintenance to get us out. I might add that on two previous stays at this hotel the elevator broke down. The elevator definitely needs an upgrade. And although it is the closest one to where we need to be when we travel, i likely will not stay here again.

We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had a lovely breakfast delivered to our door every morning and a Nespresso machine with infinite pods right in our room along with a selection of teas and an electric kettle. Michele and Simone ensured that every need we had was met. The property is located near several wonderful bakeries and the short, walk to downtown was lined with beautiful colorful Newfoundland homes. A serene scenic park was also located very close by. We would absolutely recommend this property and will definitely use it as our main stay for future visits.

Great stay as always. Wish the pool was a little cleaner though.

None of the above. It was a lovely room. But not convenient. Over priced.
