5/5 Excellent
"I was pleased surprised when I found this gem, the staff is so sweet and amazing. The potatoes at breakfast are SOOOOOOO good but they had a lot of breakfast options. The one thing I really loved about this place was the pool/arcade/gym area. The pool was warm (I like it warmer but I’m naturally always cold lol) the gym had glass windows that would overlook the pool and the arcade was in the area beside the pool. It was a cute “Central Park” vibe. The arcade takes cash only and so does the front desk but they have an atm right there so Apple Pay users may have to wait a few years but honestly it’s not so bad. Everything was cheap. We took a ride on the Catskills train which was super cute and fun for the little ones. Dietz diner is a 10/10 and 3 minutes away. The pizzeria in front was also very very good. The rooms were very clean as well, I ALWAYS check behind the bed and it was clean for sure. I going to come back because of how much I loved the place!!!"

"I travel to Kingston for business frequently and have stayed overnight at several different properties, Hampton Inn is by far my favorite. The rooms, the pool area, and the business center are always clean and everything is in good working order. Check in is fast & easy, the staff is friendly, knowledgable, & helpful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. My only complaint is that they have zero flexibility around their 2-night minimum stay in the summer months, even for a regular guest. Unfortunately, this means my next 4 stays in Kingston will definitely be booked at a different property. If you're traveling for vacation or an event, I highly recommend. If you're a business traveler who needs single nights periodically, there are several other hotels in town who will welcome your loyal business in a way this hotel will not."

"The facility and the stay were excellent. Two things that would have made it better:
1. Washers and dryers that worked properly. The washer left the clothes much too wet, and the dryer didn't get them close to dry in 2.5 hours.
2. The drinking fountains in the hallway were not working."

"Pleasantly surprised with our stay. I had never stayed at a Best Western before and was surprised to see that the rooms were in separate buildings kind of like condos but were extremely spacious and clean. I felt like I had my own apartment lol. Staff were very friendly and there’s lots of dining options for quick eats in the area. Would definitely stay again. "
