With two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, its a great fit for traveling professionals or small groups looking for a whole-home setup. The entire space has a clean and updated feel, with a mix of hardwood, ceramic, and vinyl floors. The layout flows effortlessly from room to room, and everything is thoughtfully arranged for day-to-day living. The L-shaped modular kitchen has a granite slab countertop. It has updated appliances, natural light, and everything you need to cook at home including a gas range, oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and mixer. The dining area is part of the kitchen and seats four comfortably. Just off this space is a cozy living room with a leather sofa and loveseat, end tables with lamps, and a massive 85-inch smart TV. The room also features artwork and large windows that let in lots of natural light. Bedroom one includes a queen bed, a large dresser, two nightstands, two sliding door closets, and a 55-inch smart TV. Its bright and fully furnished with updated pieces, and its private bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, a full-length mirror, and all the essentials. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, dresser, smart TV, and regular closet space, and is just down the hall from a full bath with a tub shower combo and another full-length mirror. A third bathroom a half bath is located in the laundry area and includes a full-length mirror. The laundry area also houses a washer and dryer. Outside, youll find a private deck with a ramp and stairs that lead down to a patio area, ideal for relaxing after work.
