We are a NON-SMOKING FACILITY and we do have POLICIES in place for any complaint of a SMOKE SMELL. Our apology for the complete lack of regard for these policies.

Hi there, we are so sorry you had such a terrible experience; however, we have CHECKED the LOCK AUDIT and NO ONE accessed your room except your card and a housekeeping card. The housekeeper assigned to your room has been with the property over 10 years and we have NEVER had a complaint on her. Please recheck your luggage and perhaps you will find your 'stolen' items. These things often show up.

John,While we did have hot water complaints in the past; however, this has NOT been an issue for over a month since everything was fixed. If you would've preferred a room with a balcony, all you have to do is ask. Thanks for your review.
