Good location

Our room was never cleaned , bed not made no fresh linens.the front desk staff gave me wrong phone number for Brennan's and they had never heard of Pat O'Brians. Very disappointed for our first Wedding Anniversay trip.

No place for Dinner

Pros: Not much
Cons: Needs a place that is open for dinner (besides the bar)
Location: Great Location, riverwalk is nearby.
The only restaurant in the hotel is closed for Dinner

The Check in process was a little rocky. My husband had booked the trip but was unable to come and we had booked through a third party. When I went to check in I had the card we had reserved the stay with but not his license. I didn't expect it to be an issue but apparently it was. After several minutes they fixed the reservation and it was perfect after that! Mike was INCREDIBLE. The absolute friendliest and took care of all of our bags and things. We absolutely adored him!
