The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating

Posted 05-Apr-2016
We needed a room with 3 beds and didn't want to go anywhere else. The staff was very helpful at making an extra bed on the floor for us and tried to make us as comfortable as possible.

Pros: See above
Cons: My auto was vandalized which did not give me much comfort that my auto would be cared for well. Sat. night there was inadequate staff to handle cars.
Location: Nice restaurants and gambling within easy walk. WWII Museum and the Ogden nearby. Perfect for the convention Center and the cruise ships.
Overall the hotel is good and the rooms are great. The only issues concern auto parking and valet.

Very nice hotel, close to all of the activities

Posted 16-Mar-2016
Location: The location is across form the convention center. It had quick access to the highways and was within walking distance to all of the major attractions
We were there on business and pleasure from a Friday night to Tues afternoon. As soon as we arrived we were greeted and got into our room within minutes. We walked to the French Quarter that night and experienced great music, food and shopping. The hotel is in a great location because you can get to all of the sights quickly and easily without being right in the middle of it. There are many restaurants and places to shop within a few minute walk. The hotel staff was helpful and met all of our needs including suggestions for sight seeing, shopping, restaurants, etc.

Nearest Hotel to Convention Center

Posted 29-Feb-2016
Pros: Great location, very nice condition of lobby and rooms, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: Really wasn't there long enough to have any negative comments.
Location: Warehouse district is adjacent to French Quarter and NO Casino. The NO Convention Center is in this neighborhood.
We stayed in this hotel for a spur of the moment weekend. We had a very nice experience. We live in Baton Rouge, about 90 miles. The hotel is directly across from the NO convention center, and as a Marriott courtyard it is a limited service hotel. It is very clean and nice and the staff are all excellent. Really don't have anything negative to say. If you are coming to NO for a convention, you couldn't find a better location. Would be perfect if you were an exhibitor and needed to get to your hotel fast, as it is less than one minute door to door to the NO convention center.

Close proximity to anything downtown.

Just out of the way enough to be able to get a good nights sleep but still pretty close to everything you would want to do downtown. The staff was great.
