FYI, there was very little flexibility from the manager on the check-in time--so 4:00 p.m. means 4:00 p.m. Also, manager sent a separate agreement in addition to VRBO's terms and conditions and wouldn't release the property's address until I signed it. Wasn't an issue for me because I knew our group was super tame, but if that makes you squirrely, then I wouldn't recommend. ##### Katie C.
