$750 month! Fully furnished and move in ready. Utilities and wi-fi included. Nice re-modeled studio located in the rear side of main house. Private entrance and space with a small yard. There are 3 rooms- a living room with a desk, futon couch, mini fridge, microwave and 50" TV.
There is a separate bedroom with a queen bed, 32 " TV, desk and dresser,
Bathroom with a small shower and nice decor.
Located 10 minutes from the airport. Walk to almost anywhere, such as Esplanade mall. great,reasonable restaurants, a hospital, post office, Wal-Mart, the Treasure Chest Casino, Bertolino playground with a running track, etc
There is a laundry mat that also offers wash and fold service a couple of miles away. Decorated with great N'Awlins memorabilia and flair!

Poor communication
The owner of the property ghosted me prior to this stay. They didn't tell me until i arrived that the place was double booked for the night. I was then invited to stay at a local motel at my own expense which was not safe. This issue could have been resolved had the owner reached out to me prior to my stay to address this issue. I was forced to request a refund from VRBO.

Bed was excruciatingly uncomfortable. It wasnt very clean and the shower was so small my normal sized boyfriend couldnt even have a shower. Tv was uncooperative. We got almost no sleep. Thank god it was only a one night stay
