Walk to the Marigny and Frenchman Street in 15 minutes, the French Quarter in 20. Large space with a huge yard, perfect for a barbecue, or just hanging out and having a drink. There is free off street gated parking at your own risk there is only a tv in the living room Four blocks to the St. Roch Market Four Blocks to Faughborgh Wines Three Blocks to St. Coffee The space . I renovated and personally decorated the home with knick knacks and artifacts I've collected through out my life on this planet.
