Aqua Vacation Rentals, "Great Escape" is located in New Buffalo situated on a quiet, serene street and features many great amenities. This home is perfect for a short getaway or long vacation and has from beautiful hard wood floors, granite counter tops, a great family room with fireplace, bar and access to large deck with a hot tub plus a fire pit. This home features three bedrooms and 2 full baths. On the main floor there are two bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other a queen bed. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen bed, full bath with Jacuzzi tub and access to an outdoor balcony. When you enter the home you walk into a living room/dining room area. The living room has a pull out couch and a large bay window. The kitchen has all new appliances and granite counter tops. Off the dining/living room is a family room with a large flat screen tv over a beautiful gas fire place. The family room also includes a full bar and access to a large outdoor deck with plenty of outdoor furniture, a gas grill and an eight person hot tub. There is WiFi, Direct TV and a sound system throughout the house. This home is about 1 mile to the beach and just blocks from Oselka Park, kayaking and another park with a splash pad (New Buffalo Township Park). The nearest beach is New Buffalo Public Beach and has parking available. Come and enjoy all that this home has to offer all year round! Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. The master suite accommodated 2 pack n play for little ones to sleep in. The home was updated and very clean. We didn’t have time to use hot tub as beach close by. There was plenty of space for all of us and the hot tub was a nice feature as well. The location was within a very short drive to downtown. The only concerns we had, were the lack of pillows and towels provided. Luckily we had brought a couple pillows but we were still 1 short and one of our girls had to use a decorative pillow. We also were unable to find a bottom sheet for the pull out couch, but just used the top sheet instead. The very minimal amount of bath towels were provided as well, and with all young girls with long hair, a few extras would have been nice. Our biggest issue was the lack of water pressure in the house. When a couple people are trying to bath at the same time, the upstairs shower has almost zero water coming out at times. The inside is head to toe gorgeous and so well kept. Every amenity we could think of was already provided. And with a little hometown grocery less than a mile away, 4 days of pure relaxing bliss was had.
