This house is an adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bath home that sleeps 4\. It is the perfect spot for couples or small families. Walk just 3 minutes to get to and from the Comal River. Walk to downtown New Braunfels. All linens and towels included. Cable, WiFi and too many amenities to list them all. The grounds are absolutely spectacular. A gazebo with swing, charcoal BBQ pit, wind chimes, shared plunge pool and bird feeders make this an ideal spot for relaxing family time and entertaining. The backyard is shared with two other houses on the property and has a plunge pool, creating an inviting ambiance that feels like home. Don't forget your beach towels for the river! Bringing a furry friend along? No problem! Our optional pet service is available for just $25.00 per day for dogs under 40 lbs and $40.00 per day for dogs over 40 lbs. A one-time $35 cleaning fee applies for additional cleaning inside the cottage. Yard cleanup is not included. I don’t think you would want to cook there, and they even say “you’re on vacation, go out to eat. Which is fine, just mentioning it in case you plan on cooking.
