Walk to Schlitterbahn! 2/2 condo. Sleeps 6\. Master: King, Twin, & Twin trundle. 2nd bedroom: Queen bed. Living room: Sofa Sleeper. No pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Waterwheel Condominiums are within walking distance to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn and only 3 miles to historic Gruene. This beautiful 2/2 condo is fully furnished with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation! The master bedroom has a king size bed, a twin size bed and a twin size trundle bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a guest bathroom conveniently located right next to it. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. Rockin' R River Rides is only .7 miles away. The complex has 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, charcoal grills and a large open space of green grass and shady trees. It's a perfect place for a picnic! This condo is on the second floor and does have an elevator. This condo provides 2 parking spaces. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. No smoking. You will receive 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. \*\*WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED\*\*\* These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! We went wine tasting, whiskey tasting, shopping downtown in the unique shops and antique shopping. Then we ate fantastic German food at the Alpine Haus, Krause’s and Naegelins Bakery. We planned to tube the river, but ran out of time. We were celebrating our 33rd Anniversary and hadn’t been in NB for 15 years. We will be back soon and I will gladly rent through Vacation Rentals. Reviewer Comments: The property was the perfect size for our family of four and conveniently located near downtown and Gruene. When we arrived after business hours, we had a small issue with the door not consistently opening with the keypad. I contacted the management company's answering service and was quickly transferred to a very friendly Mgr. They promptly sent over maintenance to resolve the issue. Beautiful balcony overlooking the grounds and the pool down by the river. New Braunfels Escapes was excellent to deal with. Professional and very responsive to the few needs I had during my stay. We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, the condo was exteemely clean and spacious and we were more than satisfied with the accommodations. The kitchen was a hit with us as they like to cook. The pools are small and can fill up quick but we weren't there for the pools. Reviewer Comments: This condo was really nice, comfortable and well furnished, the list of restaurant favorites was a nice touch and we enjoyed the Fork and Spoon very much.We had a family of 5 and there was so much room for all of us:) The only disappointment was the management of the pool at night. Many people without wrist bands, heavy drinking for people in the hot tub and overly large floating devises that did not belong in a pool of that size.
