This brand-new home features four comfortable bedrooms: two king beds, one queen bed, and a bunk bed that’s perfect for children or extra guests. Whether you're travelling with family or friends, there’s plenty of room for everyone to unwind.  
  
Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, or gather in the open-plan living and dining area. Large glass doors open to a spacious deck, perfect for alfresco dining or simply soaking up the fresh Tasmanian air.  
  
Families are well catered for, with a child-safe layout, baby gate, and thoughtful touches throughout the home to ensure comfort and peace of mind.  
  
You’ll have private access to the entire top floor of the house - there are no shared spaces. The downstairs area is occupied by quiet, long-term tenants, but is completely separated by a locked internal door and baby gate for your privacy.  
  
While the garage is reserved for owner storage, you’ll have access to plenty of free, secure parking on site.
