We had a nice time in this property. The Breakfast buffet was amazing local fresh food. Worth the money.

It was a nice place to stay with a friendly staff, 2 mins from the Goreme central area (which has a plethora of restaurants, shops etc..everything a tourist heart desires) The breakfast was really nice as well with made to order eggs and a nice Turkish buffet spread! However, it didn't feel like it was VFM (value for money) !! If you are booking the Cave rooms, be aware that the ceiling falls every night so if you have asthma type issues you might want to think about this! But the rooms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable. The rooms have heating as well so we were fine with sudden change of weather. The services are expensive so we booked tours etc with an external agency. Also we asked for packed breakfast on our last day because of early checkout and that was dismal....so we ended up at the airport with dry crusty bread, boiled eggs and no water! Other than that, totally recommend

The hotel terrace has nice views, and our room was cave like with stone walls and carvings. But what took the cake for us was the staff. They went out of the way to start the breakfast an hour earlier and pack us some food as our flight was early in the morning. They even let us join for breakfast the morning we arrived and made our room available hours before the official check in. All this may be difficult to do during peak seasons but the point is that the staff will do what they can to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

My overall experience was good. I was not very happy with the first room i got but the staff was very helpful and nice and given me an other room and even upgraded. The second room was amazing and I loved it. Overall my experience was good.

Wonderful property, right near the town centre. The staff are lovely and always ready to help! The breakfast was great, with lots to choose from and a few different options changing each morning. There was dust/rocks falling from the roof in the bathroom but I would assume that’s common, considering it is a cave. The bed was a bit hard but we still slept well. The bathroom was insanely amazing, including a spa and double shower! Would stay here again if we ever came back!

Customer service in this hotel is 5 stars! Since I made the reservation they got in contact with me via email and shared their WhatsApp number for support which was perfect to communicate pre-trip (arranged our transfer, asked for tours prices, etc). The room was really nice and spacious with 2 big & comfy double beds which were perfect for a great night of sleep, and the bathroom looked like a mini-spa itself - so spacious and Turkish style. Breakfast was nice with good quality food and plenty of options. The view from the rooftop is nice too, the only thing that was missing was the traditional style sofas sitting area that you can see from the photos advertised on the hotel description, which was covered as there were no balloon rides whilst we were there due to the wind (it would have been nice to still have that sitting area available even without the balloon rides happening). The location of the hotel is perfect, walkable everywhere in town. I would definitely come back!

Great property and staff. Front desk was very kind and helpful and got us scheduled for one of the best tours we’ve had anywhere. It was small, private, and the tour guide was well versed in history and took us to all the best stops in the area. Easy transportation to and from Kayseri airport. Very walkable area and close to many restaurants and souvenir shops. The terrace is lovely and decorated for private photo shoots. Wish we had time to use that space but we did do a quick watch of the balloons and some were right next to this hotel! Lovely views! Highly recommend!

The staff are amazing, very very friendly and amazing. The buffet breakfast was very good and the people at the reception is very helpful. Amazing view at the terrace the only thing that I am disappointed about is the wifi is very spotty and slow. Thanks Ottoman Cave suits for making our stay in cappadocia a very magical experience.

This was a great place to stay. The staff are top notch and they are very helpful, I had some problems with my rental car and the man working at reception was vey helpful and contacted the rental agency for me. The hotel room was perfect and clean. The breakfast buffet was vey delicious and had a huge variety of options. The only downsides was the WiFi which was not very reliable when we went. It kept cutting out. And the terrace looked like it was being worked on, but the view of the balloons in the morning was still wonderful. Oh and there was no fridge in the room.

Amazing hotel. The Turkish breakfast was fantastic, loads of options to choose from and all delicious. The hotel also provided access to bottled water at all times, which was great. The room itself was clean and really beautiful - we stayed in a cave room which was really big and felt like an experience in itself.

This Hotel has a great view to see the air balloons during the sunrise 🌅 but the facility needs a full remodeling in so many areas, room, rooftop, etc.... The staf are incredible the best, very nice people and thanks to all of them for the guidance. The food is delicious, the lady in the kitchen is very nice and both guys in the reception amazing people.

First trip to Cappadocia
First time to Cappadocia, really pleased with the service Yunus was amazing so polite, welcoming. The room was spacious. Was not impressed on the breakfast, more hot food would have been ideal. Overall nice stay loved the Hot Air Balloon that Yunus booked for me and my friend.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ottoman Hotel! Yunus, the manager, was incredibly hospitable, accommodating, and friendly. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. The hotel's cave-style architecture added a unique and memorable touch to our experience. I highly recommend this place for a cozy and welcoming stay.

The hotel was beautiful, if you want to see the hot air balloon in the morning they have a beautiful seating area that has breathtaking view. Staff were incredible from the front desk guy to the man that brought our bag to the room to the friendly cleaning ladies who say good morning and ask you how you slept. Breakfast was great too from 8:30 to 10:30, various options. Convenient located next to everything. Worth the price
