My sister and I stayed in this hotel in January 2026. The hotel was big and clean. However, the room was outdated, there were not enough outlets in the room, the shower door only went halfway and caused a mess whenever I took a shower. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where I had to pay to use the pool even though I was a guest at the hotel. The staff at the front desk and restaurants were nice.

This is not a hotel with a lobby or staff on site. You are given your code to get into the building the day of and there is no airport shuttle or luggage storage. The room was clean and there were 3 actual twin beds so that was nice but the decor and furniture are dated. It is very close to the castle so also a plus. One of our beds was extremely loud with very squeaky springs. We were not able to control the ac ourselves so we had to open windows but the street noise is very loud.

Hotel was quiet, clean, and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. The Expedia website offered this room to 3 people, but there were only 2 twin beds. Our 9 year old had to sleep between us, so it was a bit cramped for 3 people to sleep in what amounted to a double bed. Breakfast was overpriced ...
