Die Wohnung ist toll direkt am Deich gelegen, war sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Auch den Garten haben wir beim Frühstücken genießen können. Buxtehude und Stade sind auch schnell zu erreichen. "

"selbst der eine Stern ist zu viel. die Lage und das Grundstück ist toll aber sehr ungepflegt. die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist sehr schlecht. Er versicherte mir das beide Bäder saniert sind und bei der Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass das unterr Badezimmer immer noch saniert wird. Dadurch war überall im Haus Baustaub. Die Lampen höngen kaputt von den Decken und es war sehr dreckig. Grill müssen wir selbst aufbauen und an die Fährrader und das Kajak das in der Beschreibung stand kommt man...

"The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left. The house is on the river which made our holiday superb. We had our tea every morning in the garden. The house was warm, had a great bath and a modern kitchen."

"Wenn die Unterkunft bei Anreise sauber wäre, der Schmutz unter dem Sofa und in allen Räumen Staub auf den Möbeln,und Dreck auf den Böden und Ecken entfernt worden wäre .Der Wintergarten nutzbar und sauber wäre. Könnte man die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Wenn eine Grundreinigung bezahlt werden muss, sollte sie auch erledigt werden bevor Gäste kommen.Auch eine geforderte Enegiepauschale von 124€ ist total überzogen, es wurde gerade mal für 30€ Wasser und Strom verbraucht. "Das Haus war perfekt für zwei größere Familien. Alle Mitglieder konnten sich auf zwei Etagen verteilen und auch die Kleinste konnte sich ohne Probleme frei im Haus bewegen. Das Haus hat einen großen Hof mit einen Spielhaus und jeden Tag wurden wir von den Nachbarsschafen gegrüßt. Es eignet sich perfekt für Familien oder auch die größere Freundesgruppe.Die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin war einwandfrei und schnell. Die größeren Städte waren sehr gut mit Auto erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne nochmal!"
