It is in the west of the island of Rügen right by the water. There is a boat jetty leading from the 10,000m² garden out into the water. The house comprises a total of eight holiday apartments measuring between 50 and 90m², for two to six people. The house has a fireplace room with a library for quiet hours, festivities and gatherings, as well as a sauna area with a big relaxation room. The surroundings and the site, located by the nature reserve, offer a range of recreational activities. You can enjoy relaxing and the sunshine in the 10,000m2 garden right by the water, with plenty of space for children to play. There is also an 80m² sun terrace with deckchairs and tables. There is a little swimming and boat jetty and a ladder leading down into the water, right by the site. There are cosy and secluded grill areas in idyllic sports around the garden. The viewing tower on the Hoch Hilgor hill, a 20-minute walk away, offers a beautiful all-round view over the island as far as Kap Arkona. There are two 18-hole golf courses within 20 minutes. You can go riding 5 minutes away. Plenty of Baltic Sea beaches, such as the 10-kilometre-long Schaabe beach, are easy to get to by car. You can go on hiking and cycling tours, as well as day trips to Hiddensee. You can go fishing in the marshes nearby, or by rowing boat, for eel, pike, carp etc. The sauna, fireplace room, wireless Internet access, the big garden can be used free of charge. The detached holiday house Remise is next to the manor house and is spread over two floors, with the upper floor accessed up wooden stairs. The Remise is for up to six people, providing 72m² of living space and furnished with attention to detail. It consists of four rooms. On the ground floor there is a big living room with an open kitchen (Siemens appliances) and a beautiful view of the garden and the water, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and two bedrooms each with a double bed. The three bedrooms are all on the upper floor. The Remise has a bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as a separate WC. The floors are laid with oak parquet. There is a fireplace stove in the living room. The sauna, the fireplace room, wireless Internet access (in the main house), a parking space on site, the big garden are all available for use free of charge. The living room has a door leading out onto the big terrace with teak wood furniture and a very beautiful view of the water and the garden. The manor house also features a listed facade, restored with great attention to detail, and charming furnishing with some antique pieces of furniture. High-quality and ecological building materials were used, e.g. antiallergenic paints.
