Imagine walking down to the peaceful **Vilches beach in just 5 minutes** to witness a spectacular sunrise, or heading to the neighbouring Güilche cove to watch sunsets that paint the horizon with unique colours; in this area, the light is simply on another level. Here you can breathe in the calm of the countryside, with the advantage of having the vibrant life of Nerja just a short drive away. **The Property:** Distributed over **a single floor** for greater comfort and security. It has a master bedroom with a **king-size bed** and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a third with a double bed. There is an additional second full bathroom. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped for long stays. **Indoor and outdoor living:** The property is designed to open up to the landscape and the blue Mediterranean. The living room connects to a terrace that leads to the private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and oriented to enjoy the sea views.
