It is no more than a ten minute walk to Burriana beach, Nerja's largest and most popular beach, and is in an excellent location within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.

Good kitchen and cooking facilities. Light and airy lounge. Excellent hot water and shower facilities South, south east facing veranda. Plenty of sun until late afternoon. Excellent TV reception Easy clean tiled floors. Apartment well sound proofed on front side from passing traffic. Settee/sofa a little uncomfortable after sitting for a while.
